ORA-27070: skgfdisp: async read/write failed

hi !
I have a quesion: when I try to backup the DB with RMAN on BLADE server on Windows2003 EE
I get this error:

RMAN-00571: ===========================================================
RMAN-00569: =============== ERROR MESSAGE STACK FOLLOWS ===============
RMAN-00571: ===========================================================
RMAN-03002: failure of backup command at 02/08/2009 21:55:59
ORA-19501: read error on file "D:\ORACLE\ORADATA\BOBJECT1\LG\LG_LIGA_DATA06.DBF", blockno 91713
(blocksize=16384)
ORA-27070: skgfdisp: async read/write failed
OSD-04016: Error queuing an asynchronous I/O request.
O/S-Error: (OS 1450) Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.


What should I do or check.
please help
