Purchase Order and Requisition Approval Issue

 Hi All,

I am stuck up in a critical situation as the Requisition as well as the purchase order shows Incomplete status after submitting for approval.I have done all the required setup steps but besides this I am not able to Approve the same.

Waiting for a earliest response.
