transactions - sessions - processes

 Hello.
I have an Oracle 10gR2 database installed in a 2 processor Linux server
My Oracle is licensed by processor.
sometimes I receive ORA-12516 error.
I have read some documents apropos this parameters, and I know I have to increase the values but .....

I don't know what are the appropiate values.

These are my parameters:

- processes : 250
- sessions : 280 (1.1 * processes) + 5
- transactions : 308 (1.1 * sessions)

Are they correct?
