Removing database components.

 I would like to remove database components (data miner, olap, text, spatial etc.) from one database. When using DBCA, the corresponding check boxes are disabled. This is a 10.2.0.2 database and looking at doc id: 297551.1 for the case of dropping data miner, it seems Oracle wants you to drop the component from the installation. As there are more databases in the same install, I would not want this as other databases may be using data miner. The examples provided for 9i and 10.1 release databases seem tempting as they only drop the corresponding schemas. But then again, looking at the 10.2 portion of the document, it does clearly state "
