How to Enable FA Security for a Payables Responsbility?

NOTE:  These steps ONLY work for Release 11i PRIOR to Financial Family Pack G (3653484). After 11i.FIN_PF.G or later, or R12 - ONLY do Step 1.

1) Assign value for FA profile option "FA: Security Profile" under the AP responsibility. 

2) Login to System Administrator responsibility and check the value set name used by the Mass Additions Create request Book Parameter:-

Concurrent > Program > Define

Query the Create Mass Additions request, Short Name 'APMACR'

Click the 'Parameters' button and put the cursor on the 'Book' parameter line.

Note the 'Value Set Name'. This may be FA_CORP_BOOK or FA_ACTIVE_CORP_BOOK, depending on code levels.
