Listener Metrics - Load

I want to monitor the connections per minute and refused connections per minute on a listener, these metrics are shown under the "Load" category when you list all metrics for listeners. Although these metrics show up under "All Metrics," when I go to the "Metric and Policy Settings" these don't show up. Only the "Response Time" and "Status" metrics are shown. Can I set metrics for the load items?
