How can I attach a file to a catalog object in OLM

 We are implementing OLM R12 and have noticed that there is no ADD ATTACHMENT button as there is in other Oracle Apps. Does any one know if this is a functionality or something to be configured so the buttons shows up? So far, all OLM pages show only the View Attachment page where only comments can be entered but not files.
