First time installation of RAC

 We are in the midst of a very large project involving Peoplesoft Financials and we will be collaborating and interfacing with another PS installation hosted by another organization.  In order to provide high availability we have been asked to look at setting up RAC for our databases.

I have some questions and hope some of you can chime in:

 We may consider using RAC with some of our dbs but not all - (yes, we have multiple dbs on a single server - AIX  btw).  Can we still use a single ORACLE_HOME and just build RAC nodes for some dbs and not others?  or do we have to do separate installations - one ORACLE_HOME with RAC and one without?
