The subject line captures my 2 questions.  I have a U.S. based company using the patch, but it seems to have drawbacks as it is based on IAS 36.  Wondering whether other U.S. companies have tried leveraging the patch, if so the results, or if not what are they doing to address any impairment requirements they have.  Particularly interested if your company is a retailor or quick-serve/fast food entity
