Print Statement Language issue

 Hello,
When I run Print Statement, I get two Request ID, one in English, the other one in Spanish.
The English one has the information of all the customers, but the Spanish one does not have any information. I researched and I found note 745723.1 and I was able for an especific customer get the information in Spanish, My question is, How can I personalize the language for all the customers I have.Do I have to go customer by customer and personalize the language?? I have thousands of customers!!

Please Help!
