Unusual network errors

We encountered a problem recently with accessing a remote 10.2.0.3 database. Our local clients (OEM console & ODBC connections) failed when trying to access certain tables. Some tables, but not all.  No problems with clients at remote site where database resides.

No problems were seen in the alert log or tns logs. Udump traces showed:

"opitsk: network error occurred while two-task server trying to send break; error code = 12571"

Turned on admin level tracing and saw:

"opitsk: network error occurred while two-task server trying to send break; error code = 12152"
