Concurrent program output printed twice

 we have a case wherein a concurrent program (custom receipt traveler) is printing 2 copies of the output for only one of the inventory organizations. Upon clicking view output, we can see only 1 copy of the output but the printer prints 2 copies. Upon clicking the Options button under “Upon completion…” of the request detail page, the number of copies is shown as 2. This is not true for other inventory organizations.

 

The no of copies profile option at the user level is set to 1.

Let me know if anybody have any pointers to find out this issue.
