Move order API

  INV_MOVE_ORDER_PUB.Create_Move_Order_lines API only works for transaction type 'Move Order Transfer' it to me not working for 'Move Order Issue'. Is this correct or not if not how can I changed the default value of  transaction type of Move Order Transfer' to 'Move Order Issue'.

I realy appreciate the early response.
