Reorganizing

Hi, folks,

 My name is André and I have a problem when I try to run a job on reorganizing a tablespace using Oracle Enterprise Manager. I try to run immediatelly but when I see the status about the job, this failed with te sentence below:

Unable to open spool file for OUT_PUT

      I tried to restart the agent but the error keep, Does anyone have an idea about this error?
