Account Reconciliation in Oracle General Ledger

 Hello:
I had a question regarding account reconciliations in GL.
- Can we use Manual/Automatic reconciliation within GL even if we are not using regional localizations?
- How does Auto Recon work in GL?
- Do the steps for setting up manual reconciliation in GL hold true for Automatic Reconciliation too?
