Viewing Tax related to purchase orders

Hi,

In R12, has anyone found a creative way to view tax amounts on transactions related to PO/PO receipts?  

The tax is viewable from the 'Manage Tax' form, but only if you are a buyer.  We have accountants who question PO line amounts that are different than the booked amount for online receipt accruals and we can't show them tax amounts or rates through any non-buyer forms.  The tax amount is lumped together into the accrual account which makes it even more difficult to account.
