Replication Propagation problems: some MV getting reset, not pushing changes to master site

Changes to some snapshot materialized views, not updating to mastersite and getting reset (on snapshot site) upon refresh.  I tried reapplying replication, after first refresh, some table updates/inserts not being pushed to master and resetting at snapshot.  Deftran table at snapshot site has over 1,000 records and although push/purge runs, deftran table records not getting pushed/purged.
