HA solution related to DataGuard

I'm seeking for scenario, where I can organize 2 sun-solaris-10-spark-64bit stations as 2 nodes cluster,

where on each node running our custom NMS server application + Oracle noneRAC database.

Data bases on two nodes should be cared by Oracle DataGuard, so - on active node running primary DB,

on pasive - standby.

If either NMS app. or DB failes (we need integrated solution!) - the failover should occur.

We are not seeking for RAC+DG or DG between two isolated clusters.

As I see this situation, the decision maker should be clusterware, since it may monitor "third party applications"

by custom scripts and profiles. The DG cant monitor user application. Seems, as Oracle clusterware and Oracle DG
