Functional Amount on Receipt Header is 0 but on history it has a value

Hi

For a receipt in AR the functional amount on the receipt header is 0.0.  However when you view the receipt history the functional amount on the history form has the correct figure.  This problem is preventing the reicept being posted to GL

Can any one tell me how to fix this.
