Is Grid Control DST compliant?

 I am trying to get my grid control 2009 DST compliant. I have run the first step - the TZUPDATER and that ran fine. I'm now trying to check the required support files - and that's where my problem lies. When I run the second step no info is returned to the screen:

opatch Isinventory -detail | grep "Oracle Net Required Support Files""

Question: Where do I go from here? How do I correct this?
