GL Transfer successfully but the entry not found in GL

Dear all,

Really need your advice as I'm received one problem from the user reported as below:-

We noticed that AR activities which were successfully transferred to GL yesterday are not 100% posted to GL level.

eg. Official Receipt for RM336.00, one of the entries was debit a/c no. C221200.000.000.000.71408000.808.00, however this entry is not found in gl level.

The same happened to our Debit Memos no. 11113 - 11120 & 11137 - 11141 raised in 2/2009.

User informed that after they submit GL transfer, there are no records found when they run 'Unposted Item reports'. But when they want to see the entry at Account Analysis, the entry is not there.
