Order Management: How can we enter Sales Order which have conversion type = 'User'

 Hi,

Please anyone tell me,How can we enter sales order which have conversion type = 'User'

User want to enter User Conversion Rate for Sales Order. So we had defined User Rate in transaction type and enter the user conversion rate in the Sales Order.

But when we are trying to enter line information it shows the error 'ONT_PRICING_ERROR'
