UK PAY: 2009 P45 A4 Printing

Does anyone know how to print the new (2009TYE) P45 A4 Report to a laser printer and get it to select paper from different feeder trays for each part?

The functionality supplier by patch 1247613, which allowed you to specify different trays by amending the pygb45l.prt  printer driver definition and do this with the old P45's no longer applies.
