Applicaton Versions

What is the best way to find out the product patchset versions currently installed?  (ie GL, AP)  Then where is the best place to look for the latest patchset versions?  I went to patches and not all products are listed.  For example, GL is not listed. 

My next question is how do I find out my family version?  While checking the patch page, I noticed the Financial family version is 11i.FIN_PF_G.  I don't know if I am on this version or not.
