Monitoring Virtual & Resident size of "oracle" process under windows 2003 EE

hello community,

running gridcontrol 10.2.0.2.0 on windows 2003 EE, target databases 10.2.0.2.0 on windows 2003 EE.

as we are facing a memory leak problem (bug 4941173) with dmon process on some targets and can't afford to apply 10.2.0.3 immediately, we want to monitor virtual & resident size of "oracle" process. (using windows all oracle threads share one 2GB address space (3GB if using /3GB  on boot.ini)). if an alert is triggered, shift people can then bounce dataguard broker to remedy the situation.

is there an out-of-the-box possibility to achieve this ?
(i don't want to write cmd || vbs for that)
