Old Performance plans

 Hallo,

We have been using oracle for performance management in my organization for the the past 2 years. We have done objective settting and appraisals using the oracle and currently the system upon log in lists all the appraisals that have been done by and employee. Considering that we have been performing bi-annual appraisals , the list displayed on Employee Self service page, is a becoming too long.

Kindly, could any one advise whether it is possible to restrict the display of the performance plans or appraisals to only the current ones/ that are on-going, but still give allowance for retrieval of the old ones?
