Dispacthed Tasks Skip

 We are seeing cases where dispatched WMS tasks are skipping to next user, we are seeing this happening in WIP component issue where the user gets a set of tasks and he might be in middle of task picking and see some of the tasks are skipped to next available user. I was wondering if any body else may have observed this behavior.
