Home link not working in self-service

 The link is just text, it's not a hyperlink so you can't click on it and it doesn't navigate anywhere.

Has anyone else seen this before or have any ideas on how to correct it? I thought it may have been down to some personalizations done but I don't think you can personalize the standard header?

The profile: 'Self Service Personal Home Page mode' is set to 'Framework only' at site level.
