Oracle SOA 10.1.3.4 installation with Bea WebLogic 9.2.3

 I am following Oracle Doc E13058_01.pdf for the installation of Oracle SOA 10.1.3.4 with Bea WebLogic 9.2.3, using an 11g database all on RedHat Linux 5.0 / x86 platform.  I am stuck at the install patch 7490612 which requires a password to download.  MetaLink is Fedexing it to me.  In the meantime can anyone recommend good reading to help me understand how it is all connected and the OracleSOA domain and server are created?
