Error when createe a payroll method

When I create the Payroll method, I met the error of  'APP-PAY-06937 There is no key flexfield defined for the source bank'.

I have confirmed that the Bank Details KFF for CN is exsiting and compiled successuful.

Business Group has been set with the Localization of China, could you please advice how to solve the problem?
