How to clone Applications from a 2-node system to a single node system.

 Dear all,
I would like to clone my Applications systems from a 2-node system onto a single node.

One one node are my administration, forms ans reports. On the second, is my concurrent manager.

I would like to clone all Apps managers onto one server (single node). Any advice / documentation on how to do that?
