My Oracle Support Health Check - Shows Old Data

My customer is using My Oracle Support collection of his databases daily. When checking the Health Check, he noticed that the warning for Patch Advice and System are outdated (says collect 11 weeks ago) and it doesn't recognize recent patches installed (e.g., like CPUs).  Is there a way to refresh the Health Check data with the current collection data to make sure it doesn't recommend old patches or data? Thanks.
