Share Workplan and Financial Structures

 Hi,

I'm looking to understanding the self service functionality when splitting workplan/financial structures.

At the time of creating a new template if I turn this functionality 'OFF' only one default task type exists in the Financial Structure. from the self service screen how do I build a structure for a financial plan? Or once you opt to split structures the financial structure can only be mainataned via the apps forms and if so which forms are these?

Also when this functionality is turned 'OFF' the financial set up section against the TAsk in the Workplan is removed. For our client we need this section for Service Type, capitalisable and Chargeable configuration for transaction & accounting needs where can I update these items against the financial structure?
