Report for assigned Requsitions to buyers

I have a requirement to create a report that would allow the Purchasing director to see the date when the requisition  was created and the date that the purchasing manager assigned that requisition to a buyer. Does anyone know if there is a seeded report that has this information or would I need to create it?
