How to Create an SR and other Service Request Issues

 Some of you may find this post useful (How to Create an SR)

There are a couple of options: after logging in to My Oracle Support you can go to the SR Region on your Dashboard and click the "Create SR" button, or go to the Service Request Tab and the "Create SR" button should be on the top of the page.

Have other people had other more specific issues with logging SR's?
