RMAN Report from Grid Control for down targets

 From GRID control, could we generate RMAN backup reports for the target database which is down ?

ie. whether there is a way to generate RMAN Backup reports from the RMAN Catalog Repository using GRID Control ?

I am thinking about a scenario of  when a database which requires recovery is down, we can use to Grid control to identify

  backups required for recovery  using Grid control ...
