DB Character Migration EBS WE8ISO8859P1 to UTF8 with Oracle EBS 115102

Hi Gurus,

IHAC on Spain who needs UTF8 in order to expand his business to Poland.

They are currently running EBS 11.5.10.2 with 10.2.0.3 database with NLS_LANG=American_America. WE8ISO8859P1 on both nodes.

I've already reviewed the following notes:

- Migrating an Applications Installation to a New Character Set 124721.1

- Changing WE8ISO8859P1/ WE8ISO8859P15 or WE8MSWIN1252 to (AL32)UTF8 260192.1

and others listed at the bottom of this email to provide them a full vision of the migration.

Customer is very concerned about their custom developments in the two tiers. They want to know the following:

1. how the database character set migration will affect their custom database packages:
