Does Oracle support a batch mode for processing the mobile MSCA transactions when there is no wirele

We have materials stored in a outside yard area that does not currently have wireless network capabilities.  We are using only MSCA, not WMS.  We still want to perform the MSCA mobile transactions such as Receipts, Issues, Subtransfers and Physical Inventory.  Does MSCA support the use of a batch mode device for performing the transaction without the wireless connection?  How would this be implemented - is customization involved?  If anyone has done this before, do you have a recommedation for an Oracle certified device that can be set up for operation in batch mode?
