Is it possible to process labor for an operating unit multiple ways

We currently use Workbrain as our time entry system and pull labor weekly.  In Projects, we have a lookup, that is set up by Operating unit, that tells our middleware how to send the labor. Defined in the lookup are:  Operating unit, Company, Cost Method, SUM/DTL and Transaction Source.

Is there a way to process labor for one Operating Unit multiple ways?
