Oracle changes after upgrading OS from RHEL 3 to RHEL 4.7

Experts,

I have an Oracle 10.2.0.3 database install on RHEL 3 Itanium I64 box.  The server was just rebuilt with RHEL 4 version 7.  What do I need to do on the Oracle software side? 

My understanding is that I would need to relink the Oracle binaries to the new RHEL 4 by running "relink all".  Is there anything else I should do?
