Health Savings Account Configuration

 I am looking for any information around setting up a Plan for Health Savings Account.  There is both an Employer and Employee contribution to the plan.  The plan will be used in Massachusetts where the State has different rules about taxing benefits than Federal.  For example, if the employee has a dependent on his/her healthplan who is the dependent of a Domestic Partner, the portion of the Employer contribution that is attributed to the dependent of the Domestic Partner may be Federally taxable as imputed income but Massachusetts does not tax that portion. 

Has anyone setup an HSA in MA?  Any advice will be appreciated.
