11g materilized view performance improvement

Hi,
Dose anybody know more info about the mv performance improvement in 11g, other than section "1.4.1.8 Refresh Performance Improvements"?

Or anybody expereinced mv improvement for 11g? is it a 5% improvement or 20%? any info is appreciated.
