Immediate PO number in Non-catalog requisition in iprocurement

Hi
What is the use of the following checkbox in Internet procurement

"I need a purchase order immediately"

I checked in and it gave a message that PO number 11 has been reserved but this number is not listed in the PO search form in Core Purchasing
