OIM configuration

We have two instances in production , OPR1 ( OLTP instance) and CRI2 (OLTP configurator rules instance). The OIM is implemented in OPR1 which is on 11.5.10.2 . The CRI2 is also on 11.5.10.2 . Can OIM which is implemented in OPR1 be configured or mapped to CRI2 so that provising related with CRI2 can be rounted and done through OPR1?

If yes, please share some details/steps .
