Migrate DB from Solaris to Linux platform

We're planning to migrate this RAC database to Linux 64-bit platform with Oracle 10.2.0.4. We're not sure using raw device or cluster file system or ASM at this moment.

Because database size is about 300gb, it requires long outage if we uses data dump. Also, some tables
in the database contains CLOB column so that we cannot uses transfer tablespace
method.

Would you mind advise which method we can use to migrate database from Solaris to Linux. Can we uses RMAN duplicate or RMAN restore?

Howdy, Stranger!
