Running SQR Reports (PeopleSoft reporting tool) from a menu option in the Oracle App

Has anyone succeeded in running an SQR report from Oracle Apps?  I would like to know how to call the SQRW.exe (often referred to as the "SQR Box" ) executable (and pass it parameters) from a Menu option that users can run from the Oracle Application.

Any ideas or help on this would be appreciated.
