How to get information more on Oracle System Utilization

Hi Oracle experts here,

My bos want me to provide more information regarding system utilization. He wants me to provide data in graph or chart (if any), statistics or summary of user sign-on, usage, analysis of system performance and etc. Beside, we also receive bad remarks from user  on Branch performance for Oracle E-Business Suite, it seems very slow. Can I get any evidence to show that branch bandwidth is okay during the presentation? Is there any oracle performance tool available for me, or can i just get from Oracle Application manager?
