RMAN duplicate database

I want to move 10gR2 database from W2K3 64-bit Itanium to W2K3 x64 Xeon server. Can RMAN duplicate database be used to achieve this?
after duplicating the database, I will run UTLIP.SQL and  UTLRP.SQL to recompile the objects on the new Operating System.

Does this sound ok?
