one-off patches after additional product installation

hi all, we running 10.2.0.4 enterprise server RAC on SUN Sparc 64.
also we have some one-off patches (bugfixes..) installed in this 10.2.0.4 environment.
now we have to install some additional products from the 10.2.0.1 CD.
after this we have to apply the 10.2.0.4 patchset again - right?

question:
must we also install all applied one-off patches again after this action?
is there a note/document where such a procedure was written down?
