Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC)

Pending User Request

 Hi,

A new metalink users submitted his request to have access to metalink. I can't see his pending request in My Oracle Support, but it is visible as a notification in the Classic Metalink.

Does nayone know how this is possible?
